Aether Alchemy handcrafted products are all 100% natural and because they are for personal use they are non-returnable (i.e. if you find you don't enjoy the aroma, the colour or consistency of any item, or in the event of a natural allergic reaction to an ingredient).

If you feel your product is faulty in any way, please contact me immediately upon receiving it.

Product use: I advise all products are patch tested for suitability before use to avoid causing reactions or sensitivities. Always check with your health care provider when pregnant or breastfeeding when using personalised skin care and please follow instructions.

Natural products can sometimes be affected by heat and conditions in transit.  In some cases (for example, during hot weather) it is advisable to use the Express Post option so that your parcel is not left in a hot mailbox or doorstep.
